History
The label was created in July 2025 by Mister Svaga. Balalaykin assumed the role of administrator.
Early period
The label focused on posting memes and promoting noise and metal releases. Shitnoise was not seen as something bad and was uploaded. The period lasted from the start to November 2025.
"Serious" period
On 3 November, Balalaykin posted the message: "From now on, shitnoise is no longer accepted. Releases now need at least some effort." This gave rise to the "Serious" period. It was very boring, so it is skipped.
The Time of Turmoil
This period started on 11 May with the owner's deleted account and the hack of the Telegram channel. Nobody knows who did it, but most people think it was "Rukoblud Records". After this attack, the main channel became inactive and a lot of people unsubscribed. On the ruins of this channel, three more were created, each claiming to be the true successor. The most popular of them was created by Balalaykin. The struggle for the title of the real Govnomes is still ongoing.
