I dream of a No Input set with a large console.

Yes! Eight bus to feed eight tracks. I ran through all the channels last night, channel 8 and 20 are both being problematic with low levels passing. I think my current plan is to just feed those channels from a couple of the matrix sends for an always available but somewhat restrained feedback path. This desk has a MIDI input, the limit of MIDI capability is to turn channels on or off, so sequencing a rhythmic bed of no input beneath whatever else is going on is definitely on the to-do list.
