I found mine under my old TV last year, very cool bit of history.

During this quarantine shit, what are the odds of a couple of studio tours, Croch?

I need to sort my video ability, and the place is a wreck, but I'll think on it a bit.

Hypothetically speaking, if I were to give a tour what sort of things would you crave?

Mostly a "Look at this thing, dunno what it is, sure is dusty, I think it bloops" video. Maybe some small patching, just an improvised farting around, enjoying yourself video. Think of it as an online friend simulator just for me.

I can probably manage this to some degree. The collection is a bit obscene, but a lot of it is or was broken, so that's my justification..

It'll take me a day or so probably, stand by!

All of this and more.
Especially interested in the old school intercom speaker. Ever since I was little, I've always loved the hyper-compressed and distorted sound of school intercoms. So much so that I've looked into buying these systems m'self. But not enough to actually do so... ._.

GOD, I love the sound, though. I love the handling noise even more than I love the sound it imparts on the human voice! So sludgy and silty and "creamy"... Delicious! Like a rapidly-dissolving, crispy ice cream cone of oozing, primordial mud. It's a good thing!

My high school is completely incompetent with audio, so every announcement is a hail of feedback (which, luckily for me but unluckily for everyone else, I love). I've always fantasized about recording some feedback-drenched Power Electronics vocals through the intercom. Talk about sounding like a mad dictator.
Even if you took a few years and learned all the chords you'd still have a limited number of options. If you ignore the chords your options are infinite and you can master guitar playing in one day. - David Fair
