The technicolor camera used a prism to separate light and record on three rolls of film that were recombined in printing

sadly it looks like the 5 pin DIN plug is an input for the sensor, had dreams of it being an output using MIDI data :D

I just like the idea of computers being so cheap and diaposable that you can throw the parts into a pizza box and plug in...
