1000 watt.

100 watts.

I'm confused by this new math stuff.
Yeah, let's flip the plural and hear how it reads:

"Rabbit Girls has my 1000 watts industrial megaphone from the old GST(steel factory) factory in Kansas city.

100watt and its loud...never powered it up all the way"

I prefer the original. 1000 watt as a static definer of object, 100 watts as an active application to the object. Though, to be fair, unless there were actual measurements afoot the 100 watts is pure supposition.

Since we've veered into horns, how about the Chrysler Air Raid Siren? ( my avatar )

It produced the loudest sound ever achieved by an air raid siren. It had an output of 30,000 watts producing 138 dB(C) 30,000 at 100 feet (30 m).

Its six horns are each 3 feet (91 cm) long and can be heard as far as 25 miles (40 km) away.

SPL is almost completely independent from a heat unit measurement.

That air raid siren is glorious.

The only thing I would change is I'd put some sort of stinger exhaust on the V8. Not that it would make much difference at that point..

Then they were consumed by Digitech...

I don't think that's worthy of excitement though. Here's some foreplay:

I theorize it's a different company with the same name, I want to say I saw datecodes on the inside from circa 1974, which predates the effects company I believe.

These are from Ridgefield, Connecticut FWIW.
