Hmm yea I dunno.. there is one so called local lumber place. Not sure if they'll do cuts.

Lowes is the only other known option.

The angle iron thing might be a possibility. I just need to rip the sheets so they are less 44 wide others i can't get them in the back of my jeep.

We left Topanga because of this fire shit.. moved to northridge ... if they doesnt say something about the threat level difference between fires and earthquakes...

^haha.

I don't know that I've claimed to be "dirt poor" past my childhood, only a frequently-broke NEET sponging off his mom. My mom managed to escape the welfare trap well over fifteen years ago. It's a good thing!

As for today? Well, I was out of work for a very long time prior to 2017. Since then, I've held a steady job. I work full time and have saved a lot of money. I'm in my 30's and still living with my parents. I don't own a phone. I don't have a social life outside of the Internet. Saving money is not exactly difficult, all things considered. It's just in the past few months that I've gone off the rails with spending my savings + every other paycheck on eurorack shit for various reasons, most of them morbid. :attention:

They finally fixed the saw at home despot.. unfortunately I had them cut the pieces a half inch longer than I actually needed. But I used one of the aluminum rails I bought to hold the shelves as a guide for my hand saw and it worked brilliantly, thanks for the tip!

Nice! Better too long than too short.

I've finished reworking the floor to my storage shed, so it's about to see some racking put in and hopefully my shop & studio area will get a lot more elbow room.
When in doubt, add resistance.

Project for 2021 and something to look forward to:
I will be building myself a soundproofed shed, currently in the design stages. Will be able to make my noises, work on zines and house my record collection in there. Cannot wait to get it started.
