I almost referenced "The Raytownian(s)" in my post, but that would have robbed us of this conversational foothold. :nut:

how do people live with all this stuff, do they not ever imagine destroying it all with a hammer out of anger? or selling it?

I can't speak for anyone else, but: no, I generally do not imagine destroying it all with a hammer out of anger. That said, I have destroyed things out of anger with a hammer in the past, and for the most part I found it an unfulfilling activity (except in cases in which the objects really did deserve it).

I have sold stuff in the past as well, and while doing so was generally a subset of necessity (which is to say I do not have many regrets), I do miss some of the tools that I had to sell. I try and route the selling aspect toward my builds, though I do have a stack of repairs that will be seeing a marketplace once I have reinstalled a level of value.

I do lean toward hoarder tendencies, in which I psychologically am more comfortable in a space like the above pictured as opposed to a minimalist space; but to each their own.

I honestly wouldn't know where to start with your equipment, but I'd be in Heaven figuring it out. I'd love a few short videos of you explaining bits of it.

I was thinking about a studio tour like you mentioned a year+ ago, but it's too open ended a theme to sink my teeth into. Have you a specific line of inquiry that can focus consideration?

Make a track, document the process. I'll show you a bit of thigh in return.
