this is my setup for recording drone noise feedback on Christmas Eve. Put quite a few field recordings into the mix, made for some good variety.
Looks like a fun setup. What are those silver and green pedals above the Black Fountain and OC-3?
Cheers.

the green is a DIY fuzz pedal that someone else made and I cleaned up the enclosure and sprayed it. It's a very noisy pedal and clips like hell which is ideal sometimes. Might try and figure out where the grounding buzz is coming from someday though, it hums when you touch the enclosure.

The silver top left is the Pladask Fabrikat, granular synthesis beast. Sometimes I run this through the aux loop of the mixer if I havnt got a reverb in there.

Very cool. Thank you. Those Pladask pedals sound really nice.

That ceiling! Nice looking space, loads of potential. My knee jerk reaction is "holy shit, put some fucking insulation under that roof!" but you're in warmer climes than I, so...

I look forward to seeing some after pics.

Last space I occupied with gear that had that ceiling style also had half a dirt floor, and some patina did ensue.
When in doubt, add resistance.

Yes but it will also need some air conditioning in the summer. There's an HVAC duct I can tap into but insulting the ceiling and closing it up with sheetrock would probably be a good idea.. but probably won't happen anytime soon. The other fixes we are doing are eating up our budget for repairs in a hurry. Although I'll probably attempt to do whatever else needs to be done to that space myself. For example the garage door will be rendered non functional after I settle in by walling over it and insulating. I had the contractor guys cut a hole in the wall near the ceiling so I can use the space over the living room for storage... which I will need.. boy will I need it!

I do like the exposed beams though.. we have some in the main house and it's nice.. we have same in our current place but the threat of wild fires and other hazards has driven us away.

Wow... and I thought I needed to slim my collection down!
Currently busting out of crate number 7.
Trying (in vain) to slim it down to 6 crates so that it stacks easier....

Yes.... CDs as well. Haha. Easily 1000+ of the bastards and I've already cut back on them. Oh well.
