The distinct lack of a garbage layer should attest to that, hahaha.

Yeah, they gobble up room. I have five, and that's enough to discourage my open lusting (unless I happen upon another one being sold by weight at scrap rates, then I cannot help but try and save it). If I had an aircraft hanger and a couple thousand more for transport costs I'd have a hard time turning this away, but for the moment this just reaffirms my notion that preservation is best served by more smaller collections as opposed to fewer larger ones. Every community should have an old Tek scope, doing what old Tek scopes do.
When in doubt, add resistance.

It was over $1K if memory serves. I may have that wrong, but it was definitely above my knee jerk "hey, that's a good deal!" threshold. Mind you, I don't have my thumb on the pulse of the video synth market, so I might not recognize a good deal even if it bit me. ;)

I know enough about video processing that this didn't seem like regular CL fodder.

They have a nice product line.

I own one.. brand new it cost less than that.. I don't recall exactly what I paid but I think less than $700.

It's ok.. I don't think I have fully explored it but it's not as good as a rack of modules but might work well in addition to a small rack or other devices... I presume is no longer made or currently not in stock anywhere
