Well at least on this one it appears all the enamel is on the outside?

The insides looked finish free on that one, having nothing but outside corners is a game changer.

Doubles as a good source when you add a contact mic.
Angle grinder and flap disc would be tricky to get into a small round pan of that shape.
Maybe one of those dremel or sanding pads that you can fit into a drill?

...but with a very coarse grain otherwise I don't think It would cut through the enamel.

Side note: in a recent auction I saw an enameled cast iron frying pan go for over $100 for some damn reason so don't just throw it away!
