One of those inexpensive 328 based testers fits the bill. They're even cheaper if you're into assembling it yourself, but that involves the ali-express wait: https://www.aliexpress.us/w/wholesale-t ... ester.html?

I see listed prices at around a dollar, I guess TEMU is really shaking up the bottom feeders.

Both are fine, and I see you can buy built ones at various domestic bottom feeder sites as well.

Curmudgeonly fucks will insist Peak is the better tool, but I cannot weigh in on that as I don't have the cash to become a curmudgeonly fuck in this regard (hahaha)
