I put up some shelves recently. Trying in vain to sort out/sort through boxes and boxes of accumulated rubbish I've left crammed in the corner and found my collection of bloodied paper towels.

I'm not entirely sure what compelled me to save them. I'm ready to throw them away finally. Unless someone here wants them. ;thinking:

Definately some hoarder action there trying to grapple with my own storage issues. Like why do I have two cases of c3p0 voice boxes or maybe it's time I got rid of the rest of those child sized surplus gasmasks

I keep telling myself a lot of the crap I save is going to go into packages, but then I never make anything to sell or trade. That, or "I'll make a collage with this". Then I'd just have exactly the same amount of garbage glued to pieces of wood, with just as few places to put them, if I ever even got that far. PURE SELF-DELUSION. I did finally toss the paper towels this morning, though.

I bought a CD from this noise guy and he stuffed a bunch of carpet clippings with the package.. I wrote him a note thanking him for the carpet garbage.

This reminds me that I want to do a blank-stamped vinyl release which involves leaving the pressed blanks out to collect a ton of dust for X-amount of time so that they crackle like crazy. I'm also interested in trying to cultivate a thin veneer of mold on the surface of blank records with the same goal in mind to have them produce a lot of surface noise, assuming anyone would ever want to play such a thing.

Would be even better to have a blank dust-record released in multiple, differently-colored editions, just for extra idiot points.
