Board Upgrade Coming

So you may have noticed the board wasn't working today. I need to upgrade the version of PHP on the host and this version of PHPBB don't play nice with it so I will have to upgrade both. Expect some downtime over the weekend.

Okay I think the board upgrade is complete.
There were a few issues with scrambled unicode characters so if you see any odd character sequences like xe3xeg etc let me know.
I plan to finally get off my ass and do the releases section.
I did not restore all the post thanks.. because there was a compatibility issue if anybody cares I'll try to reimport them.
I reduced the number of smilies in the post preview.
I picked a more compatible style/theme for the forum that has fewer bugs on mobile
I think that's about it.
Just say no to XML kids.. not even once.
