The Indian guy at the gas station where I buy beer made some home made Indian food for me today. This is apparently the benefit of learning a few words and phrases in Punjabi. I suppose it also doesn't hurt that I hooked him up with free pizza a couple of times. I did not specify how spicy I wanted it, yet he somehow made it the perfect spice level for me. Basically it was seasoned chicken legs in a thin, but flavorful broth, and of course a separate container of basmati rice, with those seeds that they put in it.
