I use a percolator as a time machine to go back to the '50's.
It works better than a Delorian...
Prove it.
Publish in a peer reviewed periodical.

And post images of the percolator.

FYI you cant hotlink to dropbox..

You can copy paste images directly into posts or upload them as attachments but not movie files.. I'll have to look into that

The most serious coffee I ever had was from Jerusalem, called Kit Kat Koffee. https://kitkatkoffee.com/contact.php?lang=1
The beans were unctuous, staining the bag it came in.
The resulting brew tasted like it was processed with Kerosine.
It left you grinding your teeth as much as two big rails of meth.
It explained a lot about life in the Middle East.
We never tried it with milk or sweetener. It demanded to be dealt with on its own terms.
RUBBISH wrote: Tue Sep 01, 2020 3:16 pm Tried some Papua New Guinea dark roast coffee while I was at the shop. It was heavy duty serious coffee. Very strong. Could have used just a bit of sweetener and a dash of a milk(or whatever cream type product you prefer).

"Cafe Bustello espresso has an instant version that is so fucking vile that eventually after 3 or 4 years I used it to stain some wood...its better as wood stain."
Brilliant! As long as you like the color of the Cafe Bustello you are golden! You are doing your part to reduce the cafe bustello in the land-fill!

Still trying to kick the 3 or 4 shit cups of instant Maxwell House that I drink during a days work (lol got one on the go now)
Maybe something to do in the new year....
Good god I'm so sorry
Instant coffee...
I'd have a Dr pepper or Pepsi before instant coffee. Ive never had any instant coffee that didn't taste like burnt pencil shavings. Cafe Bustello espresso has an instant version that is so fucking vile that eventually after 3 or 4 years I used it to stain some wood...its better as wood stain.

What's pricey?
I don't mind $15 or even $20 a pound for the good stuff.
