Working on my Jeffrey Dahmer/bookish adjunct professor gallery-performances-only sweater vest laptop guy lewk: I own exactly one Merzbow shirt. That's about it for clothing/accessories, apart from a Gerogerigegege patch that I never put on anything, and a Rubbish patch. The shirt it was on fell to pieces years ago.

I also made a backpatch using an iron-on transfer featuring the original MSPaint "The Raytownians" logo in high school. I haven't seen it in ages. I don't even know if I still have it anymore: I'd forgotten that it said "SUCK!!!" at the bottom.

Pulsating Cyst shirt...gets good reactions. My mom really likes the colors. Hah.
