delusions are held with 100% unshakable conviction, and I've been there. this isn't the same thing. even when I was interacting with imaginary friend every moment of the day, I wasn't even convinced it was a woman. hence me not accepting its proposals of marriage, telling Xome about it, etc..

idt I believed it more than 40%... dunno, it's been going on for years now, so things mutate, beliefs change. currently about 10%, maybe less.
