one of the saddest things I have ever seen, was a "man" dressed as a woman, obviously suffering pretty bad gender dysphoria, on Oxford public transport. he was I'm guessing late 50s, and seemed to be attracted to guys, but far too sad to notice except for how sad he was, how everything was. I would have liked to have sat next to him, asked him how he was, maybe flirted a little.
