Re: weird ideas
I was walking through some woods yesterday and I stumbled across a line of wood ants busily making their way to and from a feast they had found. I crouched to get a closer look and studied them for a while Was fascinating watching them work, following eachother. Working together, for the good of the community.
When I stood up I realised I had accidentally stamped on a snail. It was dead. I was sad.
And soon after, no doubt, it became ant food.

Re: weird ideas
I'm sorry about the snail. I don't know if we have larger species elsewhere in the US, but the ones here are pretty small, maybe dime-sized at the largest. Do you have fairly large ones there? Your post reminded about some presumably Bri'ish sicko who would post videos of himself wearing kinky (and frankly hideous) boots and crushing large snails on pavement. Never saw it in action, thankfully, just read about him. That is, like, subhuman-tier sexual psychology to me, and I won't apologize for saying so.Soloman Tump wrote: ↑Fri Jul 29, 2022 1:11 am I was walking through some woods yesterday and I stumbled across a line of wood ants busily making their way to and from a feast they had found. Re: weird ideas
We get these dudes near us - Black Ash Slugs - the largest land slugs in the world apparently. Can get over 6" long.
