I believe its nearly always both its just a matter of degree.

I like attention but maybe not in the way you think. I get bored without anyone to talk to, and am flattered when someone wants to chat... I don't think that's a manifestation of clinical - or sub clinical - narcissism, and if it is then psychiatry can fuck off.

I got planar fasciitis a couple weeks ago.
WTF! Guess it can happen when ya get older and/or walk/run a lot.
(I do about 6 to 8 miles a day...thats like 1/10th of the way width wise across your country...lol)
Some stretching sorted it out but man it hurt.
