proper enjoyment of the material world is essential to becoming more godlike

the most important material enjoyment is fucking, many facets of modern society are a proxy for fucking, being removed from this basic ultimate pleasure is very unhealthy, fucking should be considered the most important part of your exercise routine, you should fuck until you orgasm as often as possible, this is the natural way, it cleanses the mind and stimulates the body, if you cannot find a fuck partner then vigorous masturbation will suffice

the second most important material enjoyment is eating, food is the nourishment of the soul, the emotion of the makers goes into the meal, do not eat foods prepared by fuckwit corporate stooges, choose your foods wisely and use them as a sacrement, sun processed foods require only that you eat them where they grew, these foods are the most divine

Three Rules for Escaping Materialism:

1) do not move earth: do not build buildings, do not make machines, do not till the soil, the body is the only soil you move, mostly for fucking

2) do not cut: wholeness is the natural state and leads to harmony, dissection is divisive and leads to polarization, the whole is always greater than the sum of its parts

Not sure about the sex part...I mean if you're doing it as suggested you are gonna have some serious chaffing.

Not to mention that the pursuit of fuckery is one of the root causes/motivators of materialism and also violence of all manner and sort including sexual violenxe and rap.
Without sexual competition would we even have materialism...and you do need to be choosy when it comes to sex partners so the competition materialism would be hard to separate from our sexual culture.
I'm not a fan of it but do like to give material things to people for sex or just for friendship or even just to be nice to a random person.

disagree, the root of violent materialism is trauma, ptsd, the fight or flight mechanism being permanently triggered, most children grow up learning this trauma, a fear or anger that resources are scarce, that their lives depend on their ability to be greedy

this trauma of scarcity came from the last end of the world, when the megalithic cities all around the globe were laid waste, forcing the inhabitants into caves for protection, then generations grow up in constant fear of death, even when resources recover they fear loss and death so much that greed infects them, they have broken memories of the last disaster and unconsciously prepare for the next by hoarding

this kind of mind set will cause all types of dis ease
