Found this after first seeing it who knows how many years ago: a documentary about cold war-era radio signal jamming techniques. Might've even come across it on the blue board, originally. Some cool noises to be heard:

This video is strange. Somehow I sat through the entire thing. I think he's trying to be academic about the subject, but also goofy by inserting random clips of other stuff at high volumes every now and then.
And at the end of it all, I don't really feel I know "why I should listen to noise music"
10/10 for effort tho
