A gang of protesting Mozarts Michael Jacksons or Elvi would be amusing...or whatever local music clown is popular.

Back then: normal people harass noise enthusiasts for making sounds that are too unpleasant.
Now: noise enthusiasts harass normal people for making sounds that are too pleasant.

One of my old mentors would stage protest/boycotts of Symphonies at Chicago Opera House in the mid/late 60s...
yet he was free jazz freak doing heavy experimental/noise & played custom chopped cello through FX...
