i seem to remember from when i tried it the green small circle just means it's detecting any sound at all, and it doesn't actually lock on to it and start looking for a pitch until that gets bigger than in your video... :-/ ??

tried it again.... when you are in tune, the number itself goes green. So no, your noises/fingersnaps in this video are not in tune.

:d NO the number turns green when you're close enough to a pitch like A or F sharp. they're in tune with the fundmnetal frequency, which is a continuous variable

have you tried with other tuners?

it worked on an app i have, same process, a few years ago. not all tuners will sense the frequency of noise.

i tried it on other computers too. might make annother vid hang on
