A few that I visit outside of here include:
Ah yeah I forgot about SI Forum - I guess it covers noise as well as all the other stuff.

I find it a strange mix of people, mainly advertising and clinical sound discussion which is fine I guess. I do post there on occasion.
I can't say I visit there too often, though the classifieds section has some interesting items from time to time
