The dybbuk box, or dibbuk box (in the Hebrew language known as xd7xa7xd7x95xd7xa4xd7xa1xd7xaa xd7x93xd7x99xd7x91xd7x95xd7xa7, or Kufsat Dibbuk), is a wine box which is said to be haunted by a dybbuk. A dybbuk is said to be a restless, usually malicious, spirit believed to be able to haunt and even possess the living. The box gained notoriety when it was auctioned on with the itemxe2x80x99s history included by Kevin Mannis, and is the original inspiration for the 2012 film The Possession. Supposedly, if a dybbuk box is burned, the box will take a long time to burn, but as it is burned, the dybbuk is fully released
