Re: Currently Watching
My wife just paid for Netflix for a month whilst we are stuck at home, so I need to see if there is actually anything on there that I should bother watching.

Trailer park boys is a classic ridiculous nonsense comedy...Housos is an Australian take on a similar group of fucked up poor people.Soloman Tump wrote: ↑Wed Apr 01, 2020 4:04 am My wife just paid for Netflix for a month whilst we are stuck at home, so I need to see if there is actually anything on there that I should bother watching.
The new Buffy the vampire slayer seems ok if you like that genre...way way more adult and violent than the old tv Buffy.
Some of the western themed series are ok...dirty and mean.
My main problem is too much gravely Batman deep voice talking.

I will definitely be watching "DARK"
And the soundtrack is by the awesome Ben Frost.

Re: Currently Watching
Everybody Hates Chris is a decent sitcom.
No laugh track and I appreciate that.
Community that's now on Netflix is funnier than I thought it would be when i first watched it last year.
Chevy Chases character is so fucked up

Re: Currently Watching
Watched a bit of "Monsters" last night. It's even dumber than I remembered!
Also catching up on the last three seasons of Portlandia via my sister's Netflix account.
Also recently:
The Apple (The retarded lovechild of Rocky Horror and Xanadu. Huge fan!)
Vampire Hunter D (Classic. Also, far superior to Bloodlust. Those who say otherwise are simply wrong.)
Vampire Princess Miyu OVA (One of those cases where I always sit through the ending theme, and even look forward to it. xe2x99xa5_xe2x99xa5)

Re: Currently Watching
I stayed up all night last night and into the day trying to get back to a normal sleep routine after a power outage woke me up right after falling asleep about two weeks ago, leaving me stuck in a weird sleep cycle ever since.
All together, I've drunk about half a gallon of coffee and yerba mate and ultimately spent most of the day up to now watching movies just to kill time while riding out the caffeine-induced anxiety and heart palpitations.
