I remember watching this when it was on the air. Didn't recall much about it though. The show was cancelled which is no surprise as the budget and production values were pretty shitty. It does have a few analog video effects in it which is cool. Half of the series features the main characters driving in what looks like shitty space aged postal vehicle on the fire roads around Los Angeles.. maybe even around topanga where I used to live.

The new live action version of the original cartoon?
I actually kinda enjoyed the live action one, although series 2 dragged a bit.

Update: Really enjoyed DARK series 1. Queued up series 2 to start tonight. Just the right amount of thought provoking stuff, weird time paradox loops, satanism and sex to keep me entertained.

Yea the live action version. I accidentally watched season 2 first.. when I went back to watch season 1 I was kinda disturbed by the difference in production quality.

Watched Island of Dr Moreau with Marlon Brando and Vda Kilmer. I mean sure it's a bad movie but I actually kinda dug it. Lol

It was ok for a remake. The original is corny. Its kind of a corny story, good concept but very very dated story style.

I've been watching these daily meme round ups from this channel.

Latest roundup.

Watching this right now based on a friend's recommendation. It talks about the media, CIA's involvement, MK Ultra, Satanism, Epstein, all kinds of stuff. It's put together pretty well for a broad surface-level overview

Before watching: "well this is regarded as a classic and Jojo part 5 isn't out on Netflix, so why not?"
Episodes 1-11: "okay this is pretty good, sound effects and animation are a bit lacking in some places, but overall I'm enjoyi-"
Episode 12:

Now it's getting legendary.

Cool, will watch that next. I don't normally watch much tellybox, but ya know, lockdown...

Caught up with Dark. End of Series 2 throws up a whole skip full of worms. Great fun. Hopefully series 3 (the final one) airs in June as originally intended.

Hoarders...

Jeez ... well makes me feel better about my massive collection of shitty noise CDRs although I may ditch the 7inch reels of shitty christmas music if I don't ever get around to dubbing over them for a release. Lol
