Now I mean....ah....I'm thinking how much (hard drug) I would have to have on me for me personally to feel\be unsafe and also a possible threat to society and its really not that much...(here's where I have issues with things like this. What may be an extreme amount for me or you would be just a days worth of dope for a regular user and then the dealers. Should the state provide the dope and provide job training for dope dealers because they need jobs too. I mean how far is this gonna go is it gonna go far enough will it actually do anything....and so on and such...fuck)
but yeah hard drug use like abortion and other issues(teen pregnancy) seem to be fixable when there is quality education and opportunity for people.
Even death penalties don't and won't stop people from doing whatever it may be.
You can't really punish people out of drug use. You can but we don't allow that level of correction here in America
