Clearly not noise enough for the Noise Forum, But what the hell, It's cool...

Post by Phogmasheeen »

The last release from Black Saturn and Igor Amokian has been on heavy rotation in my world. Mostly for dog walking.
Noisy loops that are like lumpy and off the beat and work perfectly with the raps they are paired with.
They have a new one coming on May Day.
I will be there for it when it arrives.
Lumpy grooves dude....it's the shit!

You *might* also enjoy, KINLAW & FRANCO FRANCO

Noisy beats + aggressive Italian rap from the belly of Bristol, UK.

Top stuff. That link above is the 2nd album which i've only heard a couple of times. The debut album from a couple of years back slays, I saw them perform live then went straight to the merch table and bagged the vinyl. Savage.

Yeah, I am down with this! I don't speak the language, so it is all delivery to me.

I picked it up from Bandcamp. I will consider it tomorrow during Dog Recreation. Then I will let you know what I think. Right now it sounds like Cooks talking trash in a kitchen...

Same. I don't speak Italian either.... There's a bit of English in there though. So yeah, it's all in the delivery. Great beats and flow

This is noise music.
Should probably be in the noise section.

Yes I do enjoy KINLAW & FRANCO FRANCO. The beats and production are outstanding.
However for me, the real treat is that I don't speak Italian. The voices are just rhythm instruments with attitude.
You are right I like it a lot!
Thanks for the tip Soloman!

I would agree that the "blunt force, let's get on with it" vibe is evident here.
The "no intro" thing is a stylistic decision, I can hang with it. But I see your point.
