on this board trolled RRON to the point of being banned.

Well I don't think that was the sole reason.. biggest reason I think is Facebook. The other major reason is keeping boards like this up and running is a pain.

I'm happy to ride this out until the death of Facebook happens first

Well I did tell him I was going to ban his ass if keeps talking about that shit but it seems like sone of it could be good material for a concept release or something.. much better that dwelling on being schizo without actually harnessing any of the ideas that might come out of it

I do think some art therapy would be helpful.
Poems prose noise music painting drawings...something to exorcise I.F. once and for all.
