Side note...American Indians mostly were not peaceful peoples either...amd the further away from the coasts you got the more warrior like the tribes became until you come to the Aryan Hindu Buddhist influenced upper plains tribes that were warrior centric to the extreme.

stop being argumentative
The dominant, pragmatic approach has endorsed violence when necessary to protect one's state or people from external or internal attacks. A divergent tradition, insisting on the complete renunciation of violence, was ascendant during the period of the Upanishads. It asserted that violent action must, by the law of karma, produce a violent reaction, and that any action that promotes the interest of one at the expense of another individual is rooted in spiritual delusion that obscures the single spiritual realityxe2x80x94Brahman.
Moksha has been defined not merely as absence of suffering and release from bondage to saxe1xb9x83sxc4x81ra, various schools of Hinduism also explain the concept as presence of the state of paripurna-brahmanubhava (the experience of oneness with Brahman, the One Supreme Self), a state of knowledge, peace and bliss.[
i was being facetious anyway, especially as i can only post once an hour. but i don't see -- correct me if you can -- how hindus are any more violent than everyday nationalists (i.e. fucking everyone on the planet).

as to buddhists, they are pretty peaceful compared to most civilizations.
Jains agree with Hindus that violence in self-defence can be justified,[114] and they agree that a soldier who kills enemies in combat is performing a legitimate duty.[115] Jain communities accepted the use of military power for their defence, there were Jain monarchs, military commanders, and soldiers.[116]
In Pali texts, injunctions to abstain from violence and involvement with military affairs are directed at members of the sangha; later Mahayana texts, which often generalise monastic norms to laity, require this of lay people as well.

I've changed that setting now so you can post every 5 mins

Were you being facetious? It's hard to tell.. best to not be facetious if you genuinely don't want to get into an argument.

If you are arguing that hindus aren't any more violent than everyday nationalists then you were wrong to say that they were strictly peaceful.

You want argumentative...
Example: fuck you Luke.
That's argumentative.
You know I don't and won't argue with you...
Stop being a victim.

Providing facts and guidance is not argumentative.

You dont like the answers you get for the questions you ask...tough fucking shit.

You didn't research anything I suggested for you...so again and yet again...any issues you have with this thread or subjects brought up in this thread are ALL on you.
