The project was conceived of in 1997 by Evan Rossi as a private pursuit and as a way to utilize his extensive collection of razor tape collage and cassette tape loops. Some recordings eventually became available to the public starting in December, 2020. He is based out of Tallahassee, Florida, USA.<br />
