It was [[Dr. Failure]]'s fifth improvisational guitar jam release, and the first one where he uses a guitar pedal (an ODB-3 Bass OverDrive Pedal). It's called "Highway 666" because at the time, [[Dr. Failure]] found a "satanic" photo editor, and he messed around with it, and thought "I could make this an album cover and release it as a Halloween themed album", cause why not, right?
