 Noeyesfiend had been creating sounds off and on for close to 20 years, starting as a founding member of the project Beryllium Factory which disbanded after 1 show in 2010. After the group disbanded, Fiend had no musical output until they co-created the project [https://beforenothing.bandcamp.com/ Before Nothing] and performed noise-rap under the alias In Effigy. Before Nothing was put on indefinite hiatus in 2021 and Noeyesfiend has continued collaborating, producing, mixing, mastering, and releasing music since then as a solo act. After the hiatus of Moon Musiq, Noeyesfiend started the charity label [[SELENE MUSICK]] to continue the advocacy work began by Thismachinekillsmusic and Pigswill.
