Completely Gone Recordings (CGR for short) is a netlabel based in California, and has existed, in various forms, since 1987. Heavily influenced by cassette culture, the label released a large amount of homespun cassettes, which were either given away or sold. In 2003, the label slowly began to release a handfull of CDr's, until mid-2006, when CGR went online and began releasing all of it's music for free.
CGR is known for releasing music by experimental musicians . However, the label also is known for it's occasional indie-rock releases. As of this writing, CGR has released over 250 recordings.
