Noeyesfiend (stylized as NOEYESFIEND, pronounced "noise-fiend" or "no-eyes-fiend") is an American extreme music project. They focuse on noise, industrial, hardcore, dark ambient, and other electronic sounds. They focus on themes of sexuality, violence, political turmoil, and apocalyptic story telling. Noeyesfiend aggressively identifies as bisexual.

History

Noeyesfiend had been creating sounds off and on for close to 20 years, starting as a founding member of the project Beryllium Factory which disbanded after 1 show in 2010. After the group disbanded, Fiend had no musical output until they co-created the project Before Nothing and performed noise-rap under the alias In Effigy. Before Nothing was put on indefinite hiatus in 2021 and Noeyesfiend has continued collaborating, producing, mixing, mastering, and releasing music since then as a solo act. After the hiatus of Moon Musiq, Noeyesfiend started the charity label SELENE MUSICK to continue the advocacy work began by Thismachinekillsmusic and Pigswill.
