Vlad Shegal (Влад Шегал) is Russian noise/8 bit/Lo-Fi project.
8-bit / Noise / Lo-Fi music project based in Omsk (Russia). Active since 2003 as [Волшебная лампа Аладдина], changed name in 2005 ([Спутник]), 2011 ([Ванкувер] and finally Vlad Shegal). Vlad Shegal is a founder of [Sputnik Records].
