Bipolar Joe is the solo project of an Ireland based dork. He has been banned from both Trrroniks and Noise Guide, possibly for being too awesome. This means that he is RARE, so you should buy all of his shit for stupid amounts.

Bipolar Joe does NOT need a haircut. He is cool cool cool, if not a little insane in the membrane. He is one to watch - he will be a STAR! (And then he can buy me a house and a fast car!)However I heavily dislike his t-shirt.
