In order to have your noise release appear on this page you need to add the proper category to your page.
First create your page and then add at the bottom of the page.
You can create your project page by typing the name of your project in the search field to the left.
If the name is not in the wiki it will ask if you wish to create it.
You will need to be logged into a user account in order to create a new page.
