Background

Dr. Failure.exe is not responding (stylized as "Dr_Failure​.​exe is not responding") is Dr. Failure's fourth Noise Single. Shortly after the release of Pride 2018, Dr. Failure's laptop's hard drive died, causing the end of the laptop's life as well. From June to September, there were no releases because there was no way for him to record. In September, he was able to record from his Amp to his phone using a USB converter, so for celebration, he published this single.
