Retarded Rooster was a shit/retarded/noise project from Quebec, Canada done by Dan-Charge of DECHE CHARGE. It was mainly influenced by Erik Disorder's POLLUTED THOUGHT (USA) using an ultra cheap kids keyboard and retarded vocals, which was the concept used on all of the recordings. It has existed from december 1994 to october 2000.
