Background
Unbenannt was recorded a day before it was released. It was the first full release where Dr. Failure started doing improvisational guitar jams. The title "Unbenannt" came from when he was using GIMP to make the album cover, and due to a corrupt version on his school-owned laptop, everything was in German. So when he went to save the file, the "untitled" name showed up as "Unbenannt".
Gear and Equipment
Dr. Failure used a cheap-ish Fender Stratocaster, a cheap guitar amp, and a Macbook for recording.
