Finally getting around to setting up my studio. Spent some time yesterday day reassembling the racks and making room.
All done with Plain Quiet Fence and ready to make some Harsh Noise Wall?
Too bad I wasn't field recording yesterday because I had a wire shelf on wheels collapse and a pair of beat up old cymbals and some other metal fell and hit the floor.. there was also some cursing involved. Collapsing shelf walls?

Collapsing shelf walls?
My favorite band
So I was loading a new shelving unit into my jeep and this older woman walks by and says wow that's a big box. I felt like saying "that's what she said" but I just continued loading my big ass box and glared at her.. like yea it's big wtf lol

My newest fascination is wall mounting stuff.
I need to resolve the MIDI implementation of those monosynths.
Awesome. I dig the collection and the display! Do you just plug into them directly when you want to use 'em or do you have them going through any sort of patch system?

They'll be plugged into a patchbay unless I start mounting mixers to the wall. I'm still working out the kinks of the system (they used to be on a shelf in a heap). For the moment I can pull anything off the wall and use it "as normal" while the mounting plate remains on the wall. I need to build a cable path for MIDI & audio, and resolve power.

...and clear out more wall, hahaha.
You'll have to do a recording session with a panoramic camera or something set up in there when you're done
