Background

Highway 666: The Devil's Noise (stylized as "HWY 666: The Devil's Noise") was recorded throughout the month of October before it was released. It was Dr. Failure's second noise album. Desperate to make noise, because of his fascination, he decided to use the technique from The Basement Above to make a "noise remix" album.

Gear and Equipment

Dr. Failure used a cheap-ish Fender Stratocaster, a cheap guitar amp, an ODB-3 Bass OverDrive Pedal, and Audacity for editing.
