Sex Bruises is a harsh noise duo - we are going to Japan in the last week of April and will be playing some shows. The trip is fully planned, and the plane tickets have (thankfully) already been purchased. Since we can only bring a limited amount of equipment on the plane with us, we're planning to buy some inexpensive instruments and gear in Tokyo. We will also need to invest in materials to make new contact mics and have plenty of 9 volt batteries, working cables, and power adapters on hand.

Furthermore, we are planning on buying some additional gear from Austin music stores (ex. Switched On) to make our Japanese sets as memorable as possible.

We're planning to make both a cassette and a CDR release on Matt's Instincto Records label, and will need to invest time and money into CDRs, cassettes, cases, artwork, and printing.

Any funding we get for this project would be much appreciated, as we will be traveling on a very limited budget in one of the world's most expensive cities.

All pledges will be honored with our sincere gratitude and appreciation.

Pledges of $5 or more will receive a copy of the first CDR release by Sex Bruises.

Pledges of $10 or more will receive copies of the CDR release, as well as a separate cassette release, consisting of new material.

Pledges of $20 or more will receive both releases, plus an official thank you in the credits of our next release.

Pledges of $50 or more will receive all of the above listed things, plus a souvenir from Tokyo... AND we'll invite you over for dinner at our house! (Greek food upon request)
